STRUCTURAL DETAILS AND WORKING PRINCIPLE

The vibrating feeder is mainly composed of components such as lifting rings, rear spring seats, screen plates, bottom liners, the discharge end, a vibrator, and a protective cover. It features a reasonable design with few wear parts, resulting in a low overall failure rate and high processing capacity.

The motor drives the eccentric blocks of the exciter to rotate at high speed via a V-belt. The rotating eccentric blocks generate significant centrifugal force, exciting the screen box to produce a circular vibration with a certain amplitude. The material on the inclined screen surface receives impulses transmitted by the screen box, resulting in a continuous throwing motion. During the process of the material meeting the screen surface, particles smaller than the screen openings pass through the screen, thereby achieving classification.
