WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The material, which has been crushed and classified in the previous stage, enters the front-end double spiral washing device. After classification and washing, the qualified material enters the rear-end tailings dewatering device for dehydration. The waste water remaining after washing in the spiral washing device (containing a portion of qualified material) flows through the overflow device into the rear-end water storage tank. It is then pumped into the separation and recovery unit, where it is classified and concentrated under centrifugal force. The qualified material enters the tailings dewatering device for dehydration, while the remaining waste water is discharged through the water return device.
