The ZJ-type slurry pump (also known as the EZJ-type) is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal industrial pump primarily used in power generation, metallurgy, coal mining, and building materials industries to convey abrasive or corrosive slurries containing solid particles. It handles media concentrations up to 45% for ash slurry and 60% for ore slurry, with temperatures not exceeding 60°C. It supports multi-stage series connection to meet long-distance conveyance requirements.
Featuring a horizontal double-volute casing design, the pump body and cover incorporate replaceable high-chromium wear-resistant alloy linings. The discharge direction can be rotated and adjusted in 45° increments. Three seal options are available: packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, and mechanical seal. Drive configurations include belt, coupling, and gear reducer options. Wear-resistant materials and efficient hydraulic design characterize the flow-through components. Key features include a dual-metal pump casing, vertical split-case construction, and cantilevered centrifugal impellers. Impeller diameters and sealing configurations can be customized for diverse operating conditions. Typical applications include ash removal in thermal power plants, mineral processing conveying, and coal slurry handling.
