The ZJQ slurry pump is an integrated motor-pump unit designed to operate submerged below the liquid surface. The ZJQ Slurry Pump utilizes high-tech wear-resistant materials, significantly extending equipment lifespan and reducing maintenance frequency. Beyond the main impeller, an additional stirring impeller is installed at the bottom. This agitates settled sludge into turbulent flow, directing the resulting high-concentration slurry precisely to the main impeller's suction inlet. This design enables high-concentration pumping without auxiliary devices. The unique sealing mechanism effectively balances pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, maintaining equilibrium at both ends of the mechanical seal. This ensures reliable sealing performance and substantially extends service life. The motor incorporates multiple protective measures, including overheat and water ingress detection, enabling long-term safe operation under harsh working conditions.
