WORKING PRINCIPLE

The VSI impact crusher features a fully central feeding system and a central feeding with circulating material system, delivering material into two feed hoppers. Users can select the feeding method according to their production requirements. In the fully central feeding mode, material enters through the central feed hopper and then passes sequentially through a sorting device,分级筛分装置, vibrating screen, magnetic separator, iron remover, air classifier, dust collector, and other equipment for screening, classification, impurity removal, separation, and purification, before finally being discharged from the lower discharge port. In the central feeding with circulating material system, material is fed into the feed hopper via a feed pipe and is divided into two streams by a material suction plate. One stream enters the high-speed rotating impeller through a distribution plate, while the other stream falls from the periphery of the distribution plate, mixes with the material, and is discharged through the outlet. Due to the centrifugal force, the material forms a continuous material stream, ultimately being discharged from the lower discharge port.
