Working principle

The stone material falls vertically into the machine body from the top of the vertical shaft impact crusher and lands on the throwing plate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is thrown against the inner wall of the machine body and collides violently with the impact plate installed on the inner wall. There is also a violent impact between the materials, which crushes or cracks the material. After entering the shaped rotor cavity, the material is crushed by impact and extrusion during the falling process. The material is further crushed into small particles, and the qualified finished product is discharged from the discharge port.
