2. Key components are made of high-performance stainless steel, including the main dewatering tank, mud control plate, water catchment trough, waterproof cover, and nozzles.
3. The bearing housing is made of highly corrosion-resistant cast iron with a fully sealed structure. The bearings are high-quality double-row roller bearings, guaranteed for three years.
4. The squeeze rollers, drive rollers, and guide rollers are made of high-quality seamless steel pipe wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, guaranteed for three years.
5. Utilizes high-strength, high-quality filter mesh with good water permeability, resistance to clogging, and ease of cleaning and disassembly. Different filter meshes are selected based on the specific physical characteristics of the sludge.
