QW and WQ non-clogging submersible sewage pumps are a new generation of pump products, featuring significant energy saving, anti-winding and non-clogging, automatic installation and control, and have unique effects in discharging solid particles and long-fiber wastes.

Structure and Performance

Impeller Design: Adopt single-channel or double-channel forms, similar to equal-section elbows, with excellent flow capacity, and can effectively pass fiber materials 5 times the length of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50%.
Mechanical Seal: Double-series seals, made of hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, can operate safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.
Protection Device: An oil-water probe is installed in the oil chamber, which can send a signal for protection when the mechanical seal is damaged; a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet can be equipped to monitor water leakage, electric leakage, overload, overtemperature and other conditions.

Application Scenarios

Widely used in factory commercial wastewater discharge, urban sewage treatment plants, residential sewage stations, hospital and hotel sewage discharge, municipal engineering construction sites, farmland irrigation and other occasions.

Medium and Working Conditions

The temperature of the conveyed liquid should not be higher than 60℃, with a specific gravity of 1.0~1.3kg/dm³ and a pH value of 5-9.
There are two installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation and mobile free installation, which can meet different usage requirements.
