Features of Desulfurization Pump: The TL(R) desulfurization pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump, mainly used as the absorption tower circulation pump in wet FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) systems. Structure of Desulfurization Pump:

For rubber pumps: The impeller, suction cover, and front guard plate are made of special wear-resistant materials. The front sheath, rear sheath, and rear guard plate are made of natural rubber, which has good natural corrosion resistance, is light in weight, and has relatively low cost.
For metal structure pumps: The impeller, sheath, front guard plate, and rear guard plate are made of special wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, and the suction cover is made of ductile iron.

Sealing Type: The mechanical seal adopts a cartridge mechanical seal dedicated to the desulfurization process, and it operates reliably.

Transmission Mode: V-belt drive, elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, and variable frequency drive device can operate under the condition of on-line valve. By using multiple variation methods, the pump can operate under the optimal working condition. The pump uses multiple speeds and multiple variation methods to ensure it operates under the optimal working condition, with a long service life, high operating efficiency, and can meet various harsh conveying conditions.
