CZ Standard Chemical Process Pump

The CZ series standard chemical pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps. Their dimensions and performance conform to DIN24256/S02858 standards and are designed according to API610 (8th edition) and VDMA24297 (light/medium duty) specifications. The performance range of the CZ series standard chemical pumps covers all the performance characteristics of the IH series standard chemical pumps. Their efficiency and cavitation performance indicators surpass those of the IH type pumps, allowing for direct interchangeability with IH type pumps.

ZA Petrochemical Process Pump (OH1)

The ZA series pumps are designed and manufactured according to the API 610 standard, featuring a high degree of standardization and good interchangeability. The impellers and bearing housing components of the ZA and ZE series are interchangeable. The bearing housing offers three cooling methods: air cooling, fan cooling, and water cooling, which can be selected based on different operating temperatures.

ZE High Temperature and High Pressure Petrochemical Process Pump (OH2)

The ZE and ZEO series petrochemical process pumps are a new series of products designed and developed according to the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute (API) 610 standard, "Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Duty Chemical, and Gas Industry Services." They feature a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, radially split volute casing structure. The pump has axial horizontal suction and radial discharge, and the mounting method is horizontal centerline support (API classification and identification code OH2 type pump).

AJ Chemical Centrifugal Pump (Heavy Duty)

ZAM series coal chemical pumps

The ZAM type coal chemical pump mainly consists of the following components based on operating conditions: pump body, impeller, pump cover, sealing components, shaft, and bearing housing. It has three structural forms depending on the medium conditions and performance parameters. Medium characteristics: Black water containing 5% to 30% solids, temperature ≤150℃, also containing small amounts of NH, HS, CO, and Fe. The medium is prone to scaling and is corrosive. Suitable for conveying various clean or particle-containing, neutral or corrosive, normal or high-temperature media. Mainly used in coal chemical industry, coal liquefaction, coal-to-hydrogen, coal-to-methanol, coal-to-olefins, coal gasification, synthetic ammonia, and petrochemical gasification sections, for wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant slurry transportation.

HS Series Horizontal Split Case Double Suction Pump (BB1 Type)

The HS series axially split double-suction pump is a horizontal, axially split, single-stage or double-stage, end-supported centrifugal pump with a volute casing and base-mounted structure. This series of pumps features an axially split design, resulting in a compact and aesthetically pleasing structure, good stability, and easy and convenient installation and maintenance. The impeller adopts a double-suction structure, and the hydraulics are designed using advanced design methods such as 3D modeling and CFD flow field analysis. It features a wide range of flow rates and heads, high efficiency, and excellent cavitation performance, making it a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving products.

HD2F Heavy-Duty Petrochemical Process Pump (BB2 Type)

The HD2F series heavy-duty petrochemical process pumps are horizontal, radially split, single-stage, two-stage, or three-stage, end-supported centrifugal pumps. The pump body features a volute casing and a center-supported structure. They are designed in accordance with API 610, "Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical, and Natural Gas Industries." The sealing system is designed entirely in accordance with API 682, "Shaft Sealing Systems for Centrifugal and Rotary Pumps," and can be configured with various types of seals and flushing/cooling schemes, making them suitable for a wide range of complex operating conditions.

HD3F Horizontal Split-Case Multistage Pump (BB3 Type)

The HD3F series pumps are designed according to the API 610 standard, "Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical, and Natural Gas Industries." The pump body features a volute casing structure with centerline support. The impeller is symmetrically arranged, providing automatic axial force balance without complex balancing mechanisms such as balance discs or balance drums. The inlet and outlet are located at the bottom of the casing, allowing for removal and installation without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines. The first-stage impeller can be designed with either a single-suction or double-suction configuration.

HD4F Segmental Multistage Pump (BB4 Type)

The HD4F series horizontal multi-stage pumps are horizontal, radially split, segmental multi-stage centrifugal pumps. They are designed according to the API 610 standard for centrifugal pumps used in the petroleum, heavy chemical, and natural gas industries. The casing adopts a radial diffuser structure, and either center support or foot support structures can be selected depending on the operating temperature. The inlet and outlet can be flexibly arranged in multiple directions to meet the needs of different users.
