HD5F Double-Casing High-Pressure Multistage Pump (BB5 Type)

The HD5F series pumps are horizontal, multi-stage centrifugal pumps with a double casing and symmetrically arranged impellers, designed according to the API 610 standard for centrifugal pumps used in the petroleum, heavy chemical, and natural gas industries. They feature horizontal centerline support. The first-stage impeller can be designed with either a single-suction or double-suction configuration, depending on customer requirements. They possess axial self-balancing capabilities, meaning the bearings do not bear axial load during normal operation, significantly extending bearing life. Various materials are available for selection by the user, including QT600, JM3, 28# alloy, 304, 304L, 316L, 317L, 904L, CD4, Hastelloy C, and Hastelloy B.
